Action FM embodies the major organisations engaged in the provision of managed facilities services and combines the elements of trade, institution, training, education and media.

Our role in managing and/or assigning the various FM components in the UK economy places us in an authoritative position to reflect and comment on the major issues to the world at large.

Our Mission is:

To lead communication of FM,
establishing facilities management as a recognised professional discipline to a wider business audience, government and media. We aim to ensure that FM is understood as a vital business process that can provide strategic advantage and at the same time encourage the sector to be seen as a career of choice.

We will promote the FM industry, demonstrating best practice and consequent benefits. We will strive to ensure effective communication and collaboration between the members of the group with the goal of raising the positive profile of FM across the widest possible audience.
